Its got 17" spiders from a mk1 octavia. And some 312mm front brakes. Looks a bit more of a hot hatch now.

Ye its not bad. The brakes that were on it were awfull, scary infact and only 288mm.

288mm should still have been good enough when you consider the sierra cosworth only had 278mm :)and those things could be 300bhp with little work, though due to fords being rot boxes hardly any weighed over 500kg

Well i would like to brake the 200bhp barier. But that wont happen. Lots of £££££ involved. Im pretty happy with it the way it is at the moment to be honest. It surprises plenty of expensive cars.

They were copies. Borrowed them from a freind who also has a vrs. It's all brisky's fault. I saw a phew on there with spiders on and had to have them. They should have been standard on it

faire one mate, they should of been std on the furby and same on octy just 18". If they were 18" then Id still have them on mine instead of gettin after market ones.
can understand changin for OEM wheels as copies are not that good imo. I went all out and has Team Dynamic ones as they are a lot lighter than OEM and stronger too.

They were actually really light compared with OEM but they were buckled so i thought the better of it. Quite glad really as it look pretty good now.
